Turn left out of our driveway and go 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Go south on the Blue Ridge Parkway towards the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. At the end of the Parkway, turn right and go through the Park, and turn left on Little River Road at the Sugarlands Visitors Center. Little River Road ends at Cades Cove, an 11 mile one-way loop through the valley. Go nearly to the top of the loop, and turn right onto Rich Mountain Road. Follow it to Hwy. 321 to Townsend TN, and either come back through the Park, or make your way to I-40 and come east to Maggie Valley.
